As Contamination Control Engineer, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring microbial control of production processes, cleanrooms, and utility systems by setting up monitoring plans and defining acceptable limits.
2. Analyzing microbial data, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actions to maintain contamination control.
3. Investigating deviations, acting as a coordinator or lead investigator, and defining corrective and preventive actions.
4. (Pre-)assessing the microbial impact of process changes and providing recommendations to ensure product safety.
5. Developing and delivering training sessions to increase awareness of contamination control across the site.
6. Acting as the key point of contact for contamination control expertise and providing guidance to different departments.
7. Participating in internal and external audits.
8. Supporting site improvement projects, including the launch of new clinical products and process optimizations.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Master's degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
2. 1-3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in manufacturing and/or quality operations.
3. Language: Dutch & English
