For a new project, we are looking for a Support Engineer L1/L2 to strengthen our team.

The role is a mix of first and second line support with a varied set of tasks, including regular rollout projects.
You manage user profiles, Hardware, and software, and contribute to ongoing improvement processes.
You perform installations and configurations and provide support for all devices within the company using various tools.
Regularly, you go directly into the field to solve problems if remote resolution is not possible.
You handle and process tickets: onboarding and offboarding people, assigning rights or applications, resolving printer issues, and software & PC-related problems.
You have relevant work experience in a Service Desk environment and can correctly register incidents and solve known problems according to procedures.
You already have experience with core Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 and Windows OS.
You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and may eventually participate in the on-call support.
In addition to the required skills for level 1 support, you already have general knowledge of AD, AAD, O365, SharePoint, Intune, Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender,...), You speak fluent Dutch, English, and French and have a driver's license B.
