YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will contribute to the analysis of eCommerce data by:
1. Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from various digital sources (website and mobile app).
2. Providing user behavior insights to decision-makers in different teams to help them achieve their objectives and KPI's.
3. Carrying out ad hoc analysis to measure the impact of various optimizations or changes made to our sites and app.
You support internal teams and optimize reporting and dashboards by:
4. Supporting the implementation of recurring automated dashboards: define key performance indicators and build clear, easy-to-use dashboards. As well as improving and maintaining these tools.
5. Accompanying users of eCommerce data (website and applications) in their proper use, and provide the training sessions needed to increase autonomy in data analysis.
In collaboration with our senior digital analyst you will:
6. Ensure website and application data quality:
7. Optimize and implement indicators to aid decision-making, and ensure that information is properly disseminated to business teams and management.
8. Help to implement effective alert systems.
9. Ensure the quality and consistency of data relating to site traffic and App.
10. Set up and monitor tracking systems:
11. Ensure that tracking data is correctly reported.
12. Develop tracking in collaboration with the business and technical teams: specifications, method and monitoring of production releases.
13. Use the tag management tool to implement rapid optimizations.
You are a member of Decathlon's international Digital Analyst community:
14. Be an integral part of the digital united community, although attached to the Decathlon Belgium team.
15. Communicate with counterparts in other countries to stay aligned and up to date with our processes.

WHO ARE YOU?
20. You follow a bachelor or master degree program (engineering, business or statistics) with a specialization in digital marketing or web analysis.
21. You already have at least an internship experience in a web analyst position. You're passionate about digital and have an analytical mind and a real appetite for numbers.
22. You have knowledge of one of the digital analysis tools (Google Analytics, Piano Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc...), tagging plan (Google tag manager, Commanders Act etc...)
23. You already worked with one dashboarding tool (Google Data Studio / Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI etc.).
24. You have a logical and analytical mind, with an understanding of algorithms and a minimum of computer literacy (HTML, CSS, etc.). Knowledge of other tools/languages such as SQL, Python and Bigquery would be a plus.
25. You are rigorous, with a sense of organization and the ability to self-motivate and work independently.
26. You are proactive in making recommendations and hypotheses to optimize mobile sites and applications. Knowledge of AB testing strategy and logic would be a plus.
27. You are open and communicative, and have the ability to synthesize and create reports.
28. You are fluent in French and have a B2 level of English, important in the international context of this role. A basic knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
