Your Role
As a Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility and reputation of one brand and sub-brands, helping them engage diverse audiences and share their story.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Management:
o Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, and press releases that aligns with the brand identity.
o Coordinate with photographers, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia.
* Social Media & Digital Strategy:
o Manage and grow the brand's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Monitor trends and analytics to optimize content performance and audience engagement.
* Event Promotion:
o Support the promotion of events and activities hosted at the site.
o Ensure communication plans are executed effectively.
* Brand Building:
o Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels (onsite, external, online, offline).
o Work on creative campaigns to strengthen the brand identity and connect with target audiences.
* Stakeholder Relations:
o Liaise with internal teams, tenants, and external partners to align communication efforts.
o Support PR activities, including coordinating with journalists and handling media requests.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Demonstrable experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a similar function
* Proficiency in managing digital platforms (website updates, social media scheduling, and basic performance reporting)
* Experience in coordinating production and distribution of marketing materials
* Familiarity with marketing tools such as newsletters, brand trackers, and digital advertising (e.g., AdWords, SEO tools)
* Organizational skills for coordinating onsite communications and event activation logistics
* Clear verbal and written communication, ensuring smooth collaboration with teams and stakeholders

* Proactivity
* Languages: spoken and written knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. French or Dutch must be the mother tongue, with a preference for Dutch
