As a Field Service Engineer with project responsibilities, you will:
* Design and Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to conceptualize and develop equipment and solutions tailored to client needs.
* Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through to installation, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and alignment with client specifications.
* Installation and Commissioning: Lead the on-site installation and commissioning of equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
* Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance services, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer training to clients to ensure the longevity and reliability of the equipment.
* Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
* Experience: Proven experience in field service engineering
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems is a strong asset
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Communication Skills: proficiency in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
