As Talent Acquisition Partner for ALTEN Belgium, you will play a key role within the organization. You will will be the first point of contact for our future consultants, making you a true
ambassador for ALTEN from the very first seconds (I hear they are the most important ones😉).
In your quest for the best talent, you will be requested to carry out the following tasks:
* Follow-up on the recruitment process;
* Write and post job descriptions;
* Take care of applications;
* Actively seek out top talent via various channels;
* Conduct pre-qualification interviews;
* Proactively make recommendations to optimize recruitment strategy;
* Participate in recruitment events (Jobfairs, school meetings, etc.).
The requirements we expect are as follows:
* You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields (a first experience in HR or recruitment is a plus)
* You have an advanced level of written and spoken English and French (one native / the other min B1/B2) and/or Dutch( one native/ the other min B1/B2);
* You are a good communicator and enjoy working in a team;
* You are not afraid of challenges and you are very persistent;
* You know how to manage your priorities and identify bottlenecks;
* You have a good analytical mind and know how to take initiative.
