What are your responsibilities as an Office Assistant?
* Book travel arrangements (hotel reservations, restaurants, flight tickets or other ways of transport, ..)
* Schedule and coordinate meetings (prepare PowerPoints, set up the meeting room, proofread documents, send out communications)
* Follow-up of e-mails and requests
* Ordering of office supplies (pens, notebooks, decorations for the office, ..)
* Support onboarding of new employees (provide access to the systems, gather personal information for our Hr team, ..)
De candidate we are looking for:
* Has a Bachelor in Office Management or a related field
* A first experience in administration
* Great eye for detail and structure
* Ability to work autonomously
* Excellent knowledge of English in combination with a professional level in either French or Dutch
