Adecco is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Roadside Assistance, fluent in English, Polish, and Czech, to join an international company based in Ghent.
Your tasks:
** As a multilingual advisor, you support customers with international breakdowns.
** Regardless of where they are in Europe, you take full responsibility for the breakdown and provide peace of mind to the customers.
** Communication is key. You regularly coordinate with the dealer performing the repair and keep the customer informed of the progress.
** A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving ensures that customers are well supported.
** When things don’t go smoothly, you think outside the box. Teamwork and collaboration are the foundations of this company.

** You are a confident communicator who adapts your style to each customer to ensure they feel heard and supported.

** You are willing to continue learning and developing your skills.
** You are open to working in shifts, just like your colleagues, to provide 24/7 service to our customers.
** You are fluent (written and spoken) in English, Polish, and Czech.
