Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team. Your tasks will include:
* Providing permanent telephone and/or email client support regarding orders, product availability, shipments, payments, and agreements.
* Planning, preparing, performing, and reporting on sales and other activities for clients according to valid instructions.
* Maintaining proper stock levels of Krka's products.
* Receiving and entering complaints into relevant IT systems and forwarding them for further resolving.
* Entering data related to clients and orders into relevant IT systems.
* Tracking orders and dispatches, monitoring payments, and arrangements with clients.
* Preparing analyses and reviews of sales and other data.
* Obtaining/receiving and transferring/forwarding information on the safety of medicines and performing other pharmacovigilance activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree education in a relevant field.
* Previous experience in customer service and phone and internet sales.
* Good selling and communication skills (phone, Skype, face-to-face).
* Good skills in digital marketing (internet sales).
* Well-organized and precise working with CRM system.
* Good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Patient, kind, dynamic, proactive, resilient.
