We’re looking for a Head of Sales with a bold, entrepreneurial mindset to lead revenue growth across both on-trade and off-trade channels. This is not a traditional sales role, we want a strategic doer who’s ready to shake things up, build deep commercial relationships and elevate our brand presence in a premium, unconventional way.
This individual will be directly responsible for driving sales, developing key partnerships and balancing our retail expansion with the protection of our premium image in top hospitality venues. You’ll lead our current Sales Manager, and in time, build out a full sales team.
Your mission
📈 Drive Revenue Growth
* Own and deliver the sales strategy for both on-trade and off-trade across Spain, BeNeLux, Germany, the UK and the USA.
* Identify and convert high-potential opportunities that align with brand values and premium positioning.
* Think beyond standard sales tactics—bring new formats, partnerships and ideas to the table.
🤝 Lead Account Management & Partnerships
* Manage key relationships with our top importers, retail buyers, on-trade decision-makers and distributors.
* Ensure strong commercial terms, structured account plans, and clear ROI.
* Build loyalty and long-term value from each partner, not just listings.
🍷 Protect & Grow Premium Positioning
* Expand our off-trade presence without diluting the brand—premiumisation is key.
* Be the guardian of our brand in top-tier restaurants, beach clubs and hotels.
👥 Lead & Build the Sales Team
* Directly manage our current Sales Manager.
* Structure and grow a high-performing sales department over time.
🧠 Collaborate Across Functions
* Work with marketing to support brand storytelling and activation at point of sale.
* Align with operations and finance to ensure efficient delivery, margin management and market intelligence.
Who You Are
* A commercial leader with a proven track record in sales across both on-trade and off-trade, ideally in wine or premium drinks.
* A deal-maker who loves building partnerships and driving tangible results.
* Entrepreneurial to the core – you don't wait for things to happen, you make them happen. Creative, resourceful and solutions-focused.
* Passionate about premium products and experiences. You understand the nuance of selling not just wine, but a lifestyle.
* Comfortable working in an agile lean environment, managing people and excited about growing a team.
* International in mindset and execution. Able to adapt to different markets and cultures.
Bonus Points If You Have
* 6+ years of experience in wine or premium consumer goods.
* Existing network of relevant buyers in Europe or the US.
* Experience working with both national and international distributors.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
