To fuel our expansion, we are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Officer to join our Edmac team.
Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Officer, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring exceptional daily service and serving as the primary contact for customers in your region. Your duties include processing customer requests, supporting the sales team in enhancing performance, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. This role involves engaging with customers through virtual meetings, handling administrative tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain strong customer relations and deliver excellent daily service.
2. Act as the main point of contact for customers in your region.
3. Process customer requests and provide necessary assistance.
4. Support the sales team in achieving their targets, including scheduling appointments and following up with customers.
5. Listen to customer needs, propose improvements, and contribute to further development.
6. Conduct customer calls for additional information and propose solutions.
7. Handle incoming calls and conduct virtual meetings via Teams.
8. Manage administrative tasks, including updating customer data and following up on quotations.
9. Collaborate with customer service to ensure optimal customer assistance.
Requirements:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven professional with a proactive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2 to 5 years of experience in internal sales, business development, or customer support. Competency in Microsoft Office apps is essential, and experience with ERP systems is advantageous. A strong basis of English is a must, and knowledge of French is a big plus.
