Responsabilities:
* Act as the financial advisor for the Sales & Bid team, ensuring accurate pricing, conditions, and legal compliance.
* Review and approve cost estimates, offers, and contract documents.
* Streamline contract approvals and ensure smooth order processing.
* Oversee financial risks and opportunities in bids and contracts.
* Lead contract negotiations and post-tender clarifications.
* Manage financial aspects of cooperation agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Provide financial insights for bidding strategies and cost evaluations.
* Track financial KPIs and analyze customer data to optimize sales models.
* Maintain strong client relationships to ensure timely contract execution.
* Financial Compliance & Contract Management: Expertise in navigating legal and ethical finance frameworks, ensuring compliance with bids, contracts, and corporate policies. Strong knowledge of authorization processes and risk mitigation.
* Strategic Financial Planning: Ability to analyze financial models, cost structures, and business strategies to optimize profitability and align with corporate objectives.
* Bid & Proposal Management: Experience handling the full lifecycle of bids, from cost estimation and documentation to contract negotiation and risk assessment.
* Sales & Customer Relations: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships, understand their needs, and develop tailored financial solutions.
* Collaboration & Multilingual Communication: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage stakeholders in Dutch, French, and English.
