Join our team and you'll work in a scrum team which is focused on creating & maintaining automated marketing campaigns. This includes creating emails, marketing flows, microsites and all the data and integrations behind them. Working in the commercial product technology team, you'll be engaging with your direct team including product, engineers, QA, scrum masters, and collaborating with other engineering teams to deliver product enhancements. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. Your responsibilities Develop user journeys enhancing engagement and personalized communication, using our marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) Setting-up or adapting HTML/CSS templates, ie. emails, landing pages Provide technical consulting and advice to users and product management Cross-testing and assuring quality Handling technical issues reported by users Experience in HTML/CSS for email design and development, and knowledge on email templating (for Outlook, Gmail etc.) Good knowledge of Javascript, jQuery and Typescript and good knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Terraform, REST/SOAP APIs Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Selligent or other marketing automation tools is desirable Knowledge of AWS Cloud is desirable and experience of any programming language (Python, Ruby, Java, C#) We're a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you're with us.
