Your role at Vantive Belgium
Integrated into the Centre of Excellence for Global Technical Services, you will be working within the friendly and international Spare Parts team. We operate worldwide with a proportion of the team working on a hybrid basis from our modern Belgium headquarters in Braine L’Alleud, just outside Brussels.
You’ll be actively contributing to systems technical support, design and optimisation activities sustaining global Spare parts planning. As the Systems Expert on decisional, transactional and reporting tools, you will also be responsible for database design, data collection, analysis and reporting.
As a Data Analyst, you will be supporting the wider Centre of Excellence team in optimizing processes with a profitable impact on Service Business.
Our team seeks to continuously improve our service and processes, and you’ll be at the heart of these initiatives; leading the way in identifying and optimising our inventory turns, service levels, profitability and service process performance.
Based in our Belgium Headquarters in Braine l’Alleud, the position allows for a hybrid workplace with 1 to 2 days in the office.
What you’ll be doing:
* Spare parts decisional SaaS, ERP and ancillary systems expert:
o owner of data stream collection,
o bi-directional interfaces between transactional and decisional tools
* KPI’s calculations, analysis and reporting
* Support global processes and end-to-end Spare parts management global programs
* Continuous improvement initiatives for optimized profitable impact on Service
What you’ll bring:
* IT minded with a flair for business optimisation, demonstrating successful experience in data management and systems, Supply Chain and Inventory Financials, preferably within global technical services
* Proven knowledge and skills in JDE – oracle database, SQL, Advanced Excel and BI (BI Cognos, Tableau..)
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Customer focused and results driven, with ability to embrace change and continuous process simplification and improvement
* Team player, fostering meaningful collaboration in multicultural and international work environments
