As we accelerate, we’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can bridge strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Someone who brings structure, but also thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to make things happen.
Your Role
As Head of Marketing, you'll take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. You’ll work alongside a lean team — including one in-house content manager — and coordinate with external service providers to scale campaigns, sharpen our positioning, and drive lead generation.
This is a key leadership role that requires both vision and executional drive.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a clear, data-informed marketing strategy that supports business growth.
2. Define and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
3. Define KPIs and iterate based on results.
Brand & Content
1. Refine our brand voice and positioning in the B2B data and AI market.
2. Oversee content creation to establish thought leadership.
3. Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Growth & Demand Generation
1. Increase qualified inbound traffic and improve conversion rates across the funnel.
2. Test and scale targeted performance marketing campaigns.
3. Identify opportunities to position InfobelPro as a thought leader.
External Partners & Resources
1. Manage SEO, design, and content partners for campaign execution.
2. Maintain brand consistency and messaging quality across all providers.
3. Onboard and manage new agencies as needed to scale efforts.
Analytics & Reporting
1. Track key performance indicators including CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), MQLs, traffic and campaign ROI.
2. Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the leadership team.
3. Use data to guide strategic decisions and optimizations.
Budget Management
1. Own the marketing budget and ensure smart allocation across initiatives.
2. Optimize spend based on results and ROI analysis.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
1. 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, data, or AI-related companies.
2. Proven experience leading marketing strategy and executing performance-driven campaigns.
3. Strong understanding of growth marketing and demand generation best practices.
4. Skilled in managing external agencies and freelancers.
5. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
6. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with modern marketing tools.
