Your tasks and responsibilities?
5. Manage administrative workflow (review of contracts, invoice terms, encoding of information,..)
6. Manage general maintenance (coordination of sub-contractors/technicians, management of tenders/estimates, etc.)
7. Monitor and coordinate fit-out/renovation projects (refurbishment, extension, etc.)
8. Act as point of contact for tenants and schools directors
9. Report on the portfolio’s activities and financial information
The ideal profile?
10. Administrative skills, well organized and ability to stay calm/patient
11. Good relationship skills
12. Technical knowledge of buildings/facilities
13. Dutch speaker, good command of english (french is a plus)
14. Good knowledge of MS Office
