As a Post Integration Officer, you will be at the core of the integration project and will:
* Manage and implement the various phases of the post-merger integration process.
* Analyze, optimize, and streamline internal processes to ensure efficient workflows.
* Prepare and deliver strategic reports and presentations to the board and executive committees.
* Coordinate stakeholders (internal and external) to align objectives and monitor project progress.
* Lead cross-functional projects to ensure the successful execution of the integration roadmap.
* Provide input on audit, legal, advisory, accounting, and IT-related processes relevant to the integration.
* Education: Master's degree in Business, Finance, Audit, Law, IT, or Project Management.
* Experience: At least 3 years in project management, audit, advisory, accounting, or IT roles, preferably in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or business transformation.
* Languages: Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an asset.
* Skills:

o Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with senior stakeholders.
o Generalist competencies in audit, legal, consulting, accounting, and IT.
