Employing over 15,000 people, it leverages advanced automation and client-focused strategies.Your MissionTo further stimulate growth within the Aftermarket & Automotive Industry business lines, we are looking for a driven Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and seizing new business opportunities and attracting new customers to expand our global logistics platforms.Your ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Implementation: Define the business development strategy with the team and translate it into a concrete go-to-market plan with targeted sales actions.Prospecting & Networking: Build a strong network, create market awareness, and generate interest through active prospecting (cold calling) and presence at trade fairs, seminars, and events.C-Level Relationship Management: Connect with decision-makers and convince potential customers by building strong relationships.Commercial Negotiations: Work with colleagues to negotiate contracts and establish long-term collaborations with customers.International Growth: Contribute to the further professionalization and growth of the Aftermarket &Automotive Industry Business Lines.Your ProfileYou are a true hunter: Prospecting and networking are second nature to youIndependent worker: You can implement a go-to-market plan autonomouslyDriven sales professional: Experience in business development or sales within the Aftermarket and Automotive & Industry sectorStrong communication skills: Fluent in Dutch and English (French and/or German is a plus)International mindset: Willing to travel frequently (+20%).Experience: At least 5 years in an international environment within Aftermarket or Automotive (industrial)Our clients preference is to work on the long term with a candidate who has her/his own management company, there is room for a bonus and travel expenses.
