About the Position:
An esteemed EU institution is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Assistant to provide temporary support in data analysis and statistical reporting. The selected candidate will assist in transforming data into clear, insightful reports to support decision-making processes within a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete and oversee a variety of assignments involving the systematic collection, compilation, and interpretation of numerical data.
• Produce charts, tables, and graphs to visually represent statistical analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive statistical reports, including the interpretation of data sets.
• Assist in evaluating and interpreting research results.
• Develop sampling techniques and processes that are easy to analyze and interpret.
Requirements:
• Experience in data collection, statistical analysis, or reporting, preferably within an EU institution or public sector organization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to present data in a clear and accessible format for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of EU working procedures and languages (English required, other EU languages are an asset).
