OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.
Responsabilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
* Strategic Implementation: Design and implement operational management plans aligned with the company’s strategic objectives to ensure proper business development.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration (XFN): Coordinate with marketing, sales, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency at every stage of the business.
* Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor and optimize operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
II. Business Operations and Optimization
* Process Optimization: Assess and improve internal operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs.
* Supply Chain Management: Ensure the effective operation of the supply chain by optimizing procurement, inventory, and logistics to improve efficiency and cost control.
* Customer Experience Management: Oversee the customer service system to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
III. Compliance and Risk Management
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that business operations comply with current regulations and industry standards.
* Risk Control: Identify and manage operational risks that may affect the business, designing appropriate mitigation plans.
* Crisis Management: Develop and implement emergency response strategies to ensure business continuity.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 5 years in operational leadership roles, with proven success in business strategy and process optimization.
* Leadership & Strategy: Strong ability to lead teams, drive efficiency, and align operations with business goals.
* Operational Expertise: Experience in supply chain, logistics, and performance management, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
* Risk & Compliance: Knowledge of regulatory standards, risk management, and crisis response to ensure business continuity.
* Communication & Collaboration: Excellent skills in cross-department coordination, stakeholder management, and decision-making.
