Job Purpose :

The main responsibilities of this role will be to Support the Product Planning Head by:
1. End to End Product Planning Manager is accountable and responsible for the operational management of the end to end planning from bulk, filling, and pack for the 0-36-month horizon for the portfolio under their responsibility.
2. Understand and manage supply plans, integrating Global demand and translate into supply plans covering the vaccine portfolio of the product planning team.
3. The End to End Product Planner will work with the (Senior) Product Manager and Production Planning and Central Planning Manager to ensure there is an optimized plan for the product portfolio
Your Responsibilities :
4. You are responsible for the End-to End Supply & Demand Management from Bulk to pack for the 0-3 years horizon for the product.
5. You manage inventories for the product
6. You ensure on-time and proactive communication within the vaccine network
7. You are the provider of an end-to-end product view and ensure alignment with the network
8. You highlight risk & opportunities, initiate and prepare the escalations including mitigation plans for the supply risks.
9. You are accountable for the availability and quality of Master data for the team. Responsible for Master Data set up, planning and maintenance in SAP/APO. Ensure that sourcing matrix is translated into Planning Master data
10. You deliver and share performance metrics in line with the KPI targets (OTIF, SFA/SFB, BI, Working Capital / Write-offs / Master Data accuracy / PRP Quality/Plan Adherence), create/maintain relevant reporting dashboards
11. You manage customer demand (3 years horizon) for the product
12. You are responsible for providing the manufacturing plans and allocation of the production volumes to different sites in order to maximize the output of the factories
13. You ensure to stabilize the production plan, follow up the execution, report variances vs plan, implement corrective actions
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
14. Degree in supply chain or any other related field
15. 2+ years’ experience supply chain, logistics, business, finance
16. Enterprise thinking (end-to-end supply orientation, cross functional team spirit, sharing of good practices within the network)
17. Ability to work in a matrix organization; multi-cultural awareness is an asset
18. Proven Planning & Organizational skills & able to work on own initiative.
19. Change management: ability to lead and drive change
20. Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify complex environment
21. Strong influencing skills to engage and align operational teams
22. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to lead cross functional teams.
23. Good written and verbal communications skills in English, and preferably fluency in one or more additional European languages
Preferred Qualifications:

24. Master's degree in supply chain
25. Good communication and presentation skills
26. Basic understanding of supply chain process
27. Ability to process large amounts of data
28. Demonstrated computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP systems)
29. Effective communication skills to all levels in the organization
30. Sense of urgency, flexibility and accountability
31. Highly numerate and good knowledge of supply chain software systems and processes. Experience with SAP (R/3 and APO) is an advantage
