Senior HR Business Partner - Leading Infrastructure Company

Position
The mission of the Senior HR Business Partner is to work closely with the leadership of the company’s business or enabling departments, to create and implement people plans that will support the business's long-term objectives. This involves the following main accountabilities:
* Participate in business decision-making as part of their management team with insights, frameworks and tools;
* Support the implementation of the transformation initiatives within the departments, in close collaboration with the change implementation coach and HR colleagues;
* Assess and develop necessary capabilities within the department workforce and ensure the organization is prepared for the demands of the transformed business environment;
* Support leaders in maintaining employee engagement, address concerns proactively, and reinforce company values.
Candidate Profile
* Master-level education, preferably in human or business sciences, or equivalent by experience.
* Relevant experience of minimum 7 years, including a proven track record as HR Business Partner in a corporate environment. Additional experience in organization development and implementation is a strong asset. A relevant experience in the consulting sector will also be considered.
* Good overall knowledge of HR strategies & processes, change management and strategic alignment techniques.
* Proven project management skills and ability to translate conceptual models into actionable tools and interventions.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to challenge colleagues and stakeholders positively at all levels of the organization.
* Open, creative and highly engaged mindset.
* Proficiency in English, Dutch and French.
