We are looking for an HR Support Officer who can efficiently manage administrative tasks, communication, and various projects. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Partner and support different HR processes within the organization.
Your Responsibilities
Support to the Business Partner:
* First point of contact for shop floor employees and team leads.
* Handling and following up on HR-related questions and requests.
* Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Providing support with HR tools and systems.
* Assisting with presentations and communication (newsletters, SA, LMT & LMT+, Team Lead community, etc.).
* Supporting various projects such as "Being Well" sessions, Women Circle, and quarterly meetings.
* Translating documents between English and Dutch.
* Actively participating in EngageGent initiatives.
HR Reporting & Data Management:
* Maintaining and updating dashboards and HR metrics (absenteeism, HR dashboard, in/out flow, etc.).
* Coordinating reporting requests within CCEP & Nebu.
Special Projects:
* Coordinating the bi-annual engagement survey.
* Supporting local recruitment initiatives and Talent Decks.
Your Profile:
* Passionate about working with people and experienced in HR-related tasks.
* Quick, efficient, and detail-oriented.
* Flexible and resilient under pressure.
* Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
* Reliable and discreet in handling sensitive information.
* A highly collaborative team player.
Required Computer Skills:
* Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* SharePoint.
* SuccessFactors or other HR tools.
