We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Digital Traffic & Campaign Expert to join our Digital department in Orange Belgium's HQ in Evere.
Mission:
The traffic and campaign expert is responsible for creating digital campaigns (paid media, SEO, partners, animation…) to achieve our goals (traffic, sales, data collection…), selecting the right tools / partners for the execution, allocating the appropriate budget, analyzing results and reacting accordingly. He/she is also responsible to steer agencies and manage tools to reach the objectives.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collect needs for campaigns from internal/external stakeholders
2. Analyze needs and propose best solution to reach the target within the allocated budget
3. Take end to end campaign ownership by selecting the right solution, creating the briefing for agencies, ensuring the following and timely execution.
4. Take end to end ownership of activities that need to be executed without agencies (with tools or manually)
5. Monitor daily performances (traffic, sales, conversion, campaigns …), create alert thresholds, notify stakeholders of any significant changes. Proactive monitoring and take action.
6. Support digital team with media/tools expertise
7. Educate non digital teams to improve their understanding of digital media and improve way of working between teams
Profile:
8. Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
9. 5 to 10 years of marketing / sales experience
10. Experience in Online Marketing / E-Commerce
11. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
12. Proficiency using site reporting/analytic tools
13. Experience in driving agencies and working with GAFA
14. A passion for the Web environment / Online Trends
