Head of Sales Biopharma
The Head of Sales is part of the management team of the Biopharma Business Unit and report to the Head of Business Unit.
Your responsibilities:
1. Lead, manage and motivate Biopharma Sales team to meet business goals, further strengthen the reputation and presence of KEGT in the global market.
2. Take responsibility for defining and implementing the sales strategy (including marketing campaigns), KPIs and dashboards, reviewing key accounts and segmentation as well as overseeing day-to-day sales activities & continuous improvements for the business.
3. Accountable for developing in-depth accounts knowledge and establishing strong strategic partnerships with large B2B accounts.
4. Responsible for the progress of new sales product areas or new services, identifying new commercial customers, qualifying and developing leads to prospects and then customers, and working collaboratively with scientific, marketing, strategy, and operations teams.
Your profile:
1. Master’s degree in sciences or in bioengineering. Deep understanding of biotechnologies and particularly molecular biology.
2. Proven track record of high performance in a Sales Key Account management function, delivering clinical projects & commercial phase sales success in a Biopharma CDMO environment.
3. Previous working experience at a senior sales management level selling products and services in a B2B project environment is essential. Experience in selling novel biotech services and technologies within Biopharma in an international environment would be highly advantageous.
4. Demonstrated strategic thinking, ability to link market & technologies evolutions and customers/prospects demands and propose ideas to help evolve our offers and competitiveness.

1. Ability to assess and develop key account sales practices and continuously improve the sales model.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Experience in people management and team growth.
4. Solution and team oriented with a high drive for results.
5. Fluent in English. Ability to understand and speak French in a professional context will be appreciated.
