Position
* Develop and execute a strategic multi-year product marketing plan, ensuring product viability through continuous review of formulations, packaging, and product mix.
* Collaborate with business intelligence and sales teams to gather customer insights, conduct competitive analysis, and create impactful go-to-market strategies.
* Own product positioning, profitability, and pricing for assigned product families, driving profitability through strategic decisions.
* Lead the innovation process by generating new product ideas and take charge of successful product launches.
* Create compelling marketing materials (electronic, print, multimedia) to support product promotions, including POS materials, incentives, and pricing strategies.
* Provide support and training to sales teams, equipping them with technical documentation and product knowledge to drive success.
Profile
* You hold a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or sales support.
* Strong knowledge of B2B/B2C distribution and industrial markets, with strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
* You are fluent in English and preferably in Dutch; knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
* You are willing to work from the Zele office 3 days a week.
