As an Account Manager for Police Customers, your goal is to become the go-to partner for every police department in Belgium.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Build Relationships: Leverage your experience in the police force to connect with chiefs and teams, understanding their pain points like budget constraints, road safety challenges, and the need for modern software.
* Periodic Visits: Hit the road to meet police departments face-to-face, establishing trust and staying top of mind.
* Upsell & Renew: Present tailored solutions that move them to the cloud, simplify their processes, and enhance their efficiency.
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Dive into IT, cloud migration, and GDPR topics to guide your clients toward smarter decisions.
* Strategic Growth: Work toward managing accounts for every police department in Belgium, delivering our innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For:

* Bilingual: Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good level of English. You're ready to navigate both Flanders and Wallonia with ease.
