This might be the right opportunity for you: Ingka Treasury is recruiting for an Outbound Payment Specialist as part of the Ingka Treasury Technology team.
To be successful in this role:
1. You have preferably two years of hands-on experience in developing and operating payment factory systems.
2. You are passionate about working with payment factory systems and you have a good understanding of related concepts, challenges, data flows and messaging.
3. You have a curious, assertive, investigative, detail-oriented and process-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills to understand the complexity of end-to-end payment processes and you are able to come up with solutions.
4. You can adapt to changing situations in a very dynamic working environment.
Ideally, you have also gained some experience or knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
1. Knowledge of Trax.
2. Good understanding of process mapping.
3. Knowledge of Groovy and SQL scripting.
4. Understanding of SAP payment processes.
5. Previous experience in project management.
6. Previous experience with key stakeholder engagement.
You demonstrate good judgement, high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and maturity. You can prioritise and take sound and common-sense decisions. You find it natural to take responsibility with a result-oriented and diplomatic approach. You are a driven team player with a positive mindset and get inspired by working together in a multicultural and multinational environment.
You are fluent in English (both spoken and written) and, of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values.
Your responsibilities:
1. Business development and projects:
* Lead and support payment factory business projects in collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders.
* Understand outbound payment complexity, standards and challenges.
* Develop and implement business solutions in Trax.
* Develop and capture business requirements and business processes.
1. Systems and operations:
* Provide active daily operational support of our global payment factory (Trax).
* Provide support for testing of new (internal and external) flows/processes.
* Lead and support payment factory upgrade projects.
