Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this function, you work within the Client teams and the Content team, two of the many diverse, motivated, and fun-loving teams of Publicis Groupe. Delivering great, effective, and qualitative social campaigns for your clients is your main role. But you’ll discover quickly that sharing jokes, memes, and drinks after work with the team is also an important part of the job! The role is based in our Brussels office and offers a hybrid working model, combining both office and remote work.
Responsibilities
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day-to-day, that will not be any different in your case.
* You will work on projects and campaigns in close relation with the client team to deliver social media campaign materials and always-on content plans.
* You are the main point-of-contact for social and content projects and communicate daily with the client.
* Planning different resources ahead of a project through the Traffic Planner is part of your weekly diet.
* You communicate with resources & follow up on their great work (Creatives, Content Managers, Designers, Media Experts, etc.).
* You regularly update the client, stakeholders, and all internal resources on the status of the project.
* You will also handle the administrative and financial side of your projects, such as drafting budgets, client approvals, handling POs, etc.
* You have a sharp eye for detecting growth opportunities on your client portfolio and have the reflex to signal these to your Account Director, Client Lead or Content Lead.
* You localize the social assets received via our global network: adapting copy, resizing, etc. of both static and moving assets is not a problem for you.
Qualifications

* You have a critical mindset, because you are committed, and want to put it to use to shape progress for brands, people and society.
* You have a broad field of interests and a passion for brands, marketing and communication.
* You have a first relevant experience in advertising, marketing or communication from during a traineeship or first job.
* You know the ins and outs of social media. The usual suspects are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
* You maybe checked out some social monitoring tools like Sprinklr, OBI4wan, Falcon, Meltwater, etc. in the past.
* You might have clicked around in Facebook Business Manager, Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager before.
* You have Photoshop and video editing skills.
* You’ll be working for an automotive client – an interest in this sector is required.
* You stay up to date with the latest trends in social and are curious to learn.
* You are stress resistant, organized, flexible and work in a structured and efficient way.
* You have an impeccable eye for detail and assure the quality of what is delivered.
* You are fluent in French or Dutch and English to handle this client-facing role.
