**Financial Controller Role**
The Financial Controller plays a crucial part in the company's financial management, focusing on several key areas:
* Closing of Accounts
o Maintains the company's accounting records.
o Ensures that management results align with accounting figures.
o Notifies superiors in case of anomalies or inconsistencies in data.
o Provides essential management information for social and/or consolidated accounts preparation.
o Calculates, analyzes, and records monthly provisions for costs and revenue.
o Monitors provisions and intragroup invoicing.
* Reporting
o Contributes to Management Control Department report preparation.
o Prepares periodic financial, risk, and prudential reports for the regulator.
* Budget Preparation, Estimates, and Periodic Reporting
o Participates in budget and estimate preparation according to CACEIS standards, establishing revenue and cost forecasts within scope: collects and verifies information from various departments, assessments, assumptions, and calculations.
o Analyzes revenues per client and major activity types (aligned with relevant indicators, if applicable) to understand net income evolution and variances compared to forecasts.
o Analyzes costs relative to associated indicators.
o Collects information from various units (billing, accounting, commercial management, HR, IT, logistics, etc.) to establish forecasts or explain evolutions.
* Activity Indicators
o Collects, centralizes, and comments on activity indicators on a monthly basis.
