ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior lawyer will serve as point of contact for internal and external counterparties for all
legal matters, including contract management, general legal and compliance support
mainly in the Europe region.
TASKS TO SOLVE:
* Negotiating contracts with counterparties from different jurisdictions.
* Development of internal policies and contract templates, actualization of standard forms within several jurisdictions.
* Participation in due diligence and KYC procedures.
* Monitoring of legislative norms, under which the company's activity is regulated.
* Assessment of legal risks and development of recommendations to minimize them.
* Preparation of legal opinions on various legal issues (primarily intellectual property, personal data protection, and information security laws).
* Analyzing tender (auction, bidding) documentation.
* Support in corporate legal issues including relations with state authorities.
* Resolving controversial issues in the field of labor law with a foreign element.

* Have a law degree.
* At least 3 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in commercial organizations or a law firm.
* Work experience in the IT industry would be an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of civil law, international public and private law, and experience in legal support of transnational projects.
* Have a responsible attitude to work and a desire to achieve high-quality results
* Speak and write English fluently, draft documents in English, and have confident experience in negotiating with foreign counterparties.
