Learning and Talent Specialist
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Talent Specialist to join our Center of Excellence (CoE) in Learning and Talent Management. This role is pivotal in managing our global L&D portfolio, driving standardization, optimization, and expansion of our talent offerings. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CoE lead, HR Business Partners in the divisions, and regional HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of our learning and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Learning and TalentPortfolio Management: Oversee the global portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This includes co-engineering learning and talent products, digitalizing our offerings, and promoting continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with CoE lead, HRBPs, and regional HR directors to drive learning and talent initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect, clean, and analyze data to inform learning and talent strategies and decisions.
* HR Project Management: Manage HR projects in areas such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management, learning, HR communication, and others.
Qualifications
* Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience in learning and talent management or a related field.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Hands-on attitude with excellent project management skills.
* Proficiency in internal HR communication.
* Experience in marketing and promoting learning programs.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
