as HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
1. Support and first point of contact for a dedicated business group to handle people related matters A-Z, such as D2D- employee and labor relation questions, Performance and Talent & Performance Management, Comp & Ben, Learning & Development, Budget, Workforce Management
2. Coach leadership and colleagues to become better leaders, support in developing and strengthening leadership skills
3. Support in or run individual or in small teams, HR Projects also in area of Process Optimization from design till implementation and follow-up
4. Work in close relationship with your payroll colleagues in the team, leadership and employees as well with external suppliers
5. Report to the HRM and be part of HR Leadershipteam
6. Having an impact and making a difference in a very dynamic environment with lots of investments for the long term
Your profile as HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
7. Background in people mangement or economics on academic level
8. Experience as HR Generalist/HR Specialist in a COE with several years in HR in an international (global) environment, working with global programs & processes and matrix structures
9. Experience in managing people cycle on operational/tactical/strategical level for + people
10. Proven record in handling complexity and change in the HR environment; so resilience & change management experience is a must
11. Self organized personality, structured and fluent in Powerpoint & Excell and HRIS-systems
12. Managed HR-projects from design till implementation, project management methodology insights is a pro
13. Very positive and energizing person with strong Dutch + English communication & stakeholder management skills, capable to adapt easily your style versus your audience and can take them on your journey
