We are looking for a people manager with strong expertise within IT infrastructure in enterprise environments. Size of your team: 20 FTE''s (employees and external consultants) You will be part of the IT department that is managing the infrastructure and operating the systems and applications. Job Description You will be IT technically responsible for: managing IT Infrastructure & Information Systems Security project portfolios drawing up the infrastructure roadmap and its changes setting IT infrastructure standards and ensuring that they are followed through in the various implementations designing IT and OT infrastructure solutions. More specifically, as Team Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: People/Resource Management Responsible for prioritising the team''s activities Ensure that resources are matched to the workloads requested, in terms of numbers and profiles required Ensure that the team is dynamic and motivated Ensure proper communication, both top down and bottom up Support the individual development of your team members Prepare the department''s budget for the following years and monitor current years Responsible for the contractual management of our service providers (monitoring contracts, tracking services, reviewing SLAs, etc.) Draw up the Infrastructure and Security Roadmap in collaboration with the Security Officer and the Infrastructure Architect, and oversee its implementation (1.5m/year). Define the guidelines for infrastructure principles and ensure that they are applied. Work with the Security Officer to define the guidelines for security principles and ensure that they are applied. To carry out these activities, the Team Manager is supported by Infrastructure Project Managers and System Designers. Required Experience Holder of a university degree Proven experience in team management Proven experience in project portfolio management Recognised skills in IT infrastructure (virtualisation, storage, cloud, etc.) Experience of IT process management systems (ITSM); knowledge of Omnitracker is a plus Experience with project management tools In depth knowledge of ITIL processes Perfect command of French or Dutch and a good knowledge of the other language; good command of professional technical English Key skills: flexibility, stress resistance, customer and results orientation, communication, good analytical and critical skills, assertiveness, organisational and planning skills, pragmatism and responsiveness, ability to listen, interest in teamwork.
