About the job:
As a Pricing Analyst in the aftermarket segment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our pricing strategies. You will compile and review internal and external data, leveraging optimization tools to make informed pricing recommendations. Working closely with Business Operations and the Sales Department, you will confirm pricing strategies and determine efficient prices to achieve our strategic objectives.
What are you going to do as a Pricing Analyst?
•Data Compilation and Review: Collect and analyze large sets of data to support pricing decisions, utilizing statistical and analytical tools to derive insights.
•Pricing Strategy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
•Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to product costs, market demand, and customer behavior.
•Reporting: Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to Management and the Sales Team. Generate reports and presentations to communicate pricing recommendations to internal stakeholders.
•Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of pricing models and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
•Market Analysis: Understand the competitive environment and other economic drivers to optimize returns.
•Business Growth: Identify opportunities to grow the business and maximize profitability by collaborating with other departments.
•Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing efficiency and accuracy.

What do you bring as a Pricing Analyst?
•A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis tools.
•Knowledge of PowerQuery, SQL and Microsoft Access is a plus.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Fluent in English.
•Works well under pressure; able to manage time effectively in an active, fast-paced environment with multiple demands, shifting priorities and deadlines.
About the Team:
You will join an international team of Pricing Analysts who are located in our different entities in Poland, Spain and The Netherlands, and with who you will collaborate on a daily base as a single team.
