R&D TEST AND VALIDATION ENGINEER - LEUVEN (BELGIUM) - PERMANENT POSITIONAs a R&D Test and Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that high-tech imaging products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and quality. This position is central to the success of both product development and delivery, bridging the gap between engineering design and final deployment. From early-stage prototypes to full-scale production models, you’ll validate and verify that each product functions as intended under real-world conditions.You will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative engineering environment where innovation and precision go hand in hand. Working closely with engineers across multiple disciplines you'll contribute directly to the technical excellence of product offerings. Your work will involve designing and executing rigorous test plans, analyzing complex data, and translating findings into actionable insights that influence product design and quality control.Beyond product validation, you will help shape future innovations by evaluating emerging technologies and contributing to internal research and development initiatives.
