As the Management Assistant, your tasks will be to:
* Manage calendars and (re)scheduling meetings
* Handling international travel arrangements
* Prepare reports, powerpoints and preparations to meetings
* Follow-up invoices
* Assist in project & event management
* Help the office management team with internal communications, events or projects
* Translations of documents & mails
* General administrative support to the team
* Fluent proficiency in Dutch with a good basic level in French
* Professional proficiency in English
* Any other European language is a plus
* First experience in a similar role is a plus
* Proactive, social, enthusiastic, positive attitude and mindset
* Organized and eye for detail
* Good priority management
* You are eager to learn and develop yourself through trainings
