Your mission
As Contract Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) project for the construction of a state of the art data center in the Mons region. You will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while fostering positive relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Your expertise and collaborative mindset will ensure that contracts are managed efficiently and transparently, contributing to the success of this strategic project.
Your key responsibilities
1. Assist in the creation, review, and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors involved in the data center project.
2. Manage and administer all contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including change orders, claims, and dispute resolution.
3. Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, and assist in resolving any issues or disputes.
4. Verify and approve subcontractor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments aligned with contract terms and budgets.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks related to contracts, such as disputes, delays, or cost overruns.
