About the Company - The BELUX team currently consists of 7 people. The BELUX structure is therefore a small SME, which works very hands-on. The turnover of the BELUX group is +/- >6 million euros. Our client is looking for a result-oriented salesperson in the defined area, through support and maintenance of existing customers, new customers (hunting) and overall market development. He/She will develop and assist with increase of sales within the framework of marketing and company's sales objectives to achieve the company's goals.
About the Role - Result-oriented selling of (technical) products. Processing of actions for achieving the planned turnover. Professional advice and support for customers, success-oriented customer management, further development of customer relationships (= efficient farming). Acquisition of new customers (= active hunting) and their support in the market; opening new business areas (= active hunting). Establishing offers when needed, including sales price / margin calculations. Preparation of planning and support with tender documents as well as support in sales and forecast plans. Market research; giving active feedback and input to CM. Establishing reports regarding market forecast according to requests of CM. Participate in trade shows, customer events and other events as and when required.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
* Minimum 5 -7 years of professional experience.
* Experience in a comparable position, ideally in the industry (coffee and/or vending machines, coffee or other technical product sold into vending, horeca, B2B via dealer network (combi ovens, dishwashers etc.)
* Experience in Coffee Business would be ideal, affinity with horeca market also a plus.
* Flemish (Dutch) & French, fluent in both or fluent & business level.
