As a Junior Communications and Events Officer, you'll be at the heart of our communications strategy, playing a central role in setting up and managing our external and internal events.
Acting as an essential link between the business and the staff, you will help to create memorable experiences for our customers and employees.
Your role will include reinforcing our brand image and actively participating in the development of multi-year initiatives, while contributing innovative ideas and working closely with different teams across the company.
Your main tasks will be divided equally between communication and events.
In terms of communication, you will have the opportunity to :
* Write compelling content for different media (newsletters, press releases, blogs, social networks, etc.) and for different target audiences.
* Actively seek out press opportunities and awards to promote our brand image.
* Participate in our brand development strategy with innovative and impactful communications.
* Manage leads received on our website and improve the process to make it more efficient.
* Be responsible for internal communication channels and the implementation of our CSR policy, in particular the CSRD.
* Organising recruitment events and communicating our internal initiatives via Instagram.
* Collecting and promoting customer testimonials.
The events part, which mainly organises events for our customers, but also events for our employees, will require you to :
* Reinforce our brand identity by organising events alongside our colleagues that highlight our solutions and their updates, and that promote Easi's reputation, with all the rigour necessary to leave no detail to chance.
* Organise internal meetings to enhance our employer brand and facilitate communication between teams (meetings between different departments, shareholder meetings, feel good events, drinks, etc.).
* Working with teams to prepare presentations and event materials.
* Managing events linked to our solutions, sharing them on our website, creating invitations, publications on social networks and advertising texts.
* Overseeing and managing event budgets, organising partnerships at trade shows, coordinating stand installations and managing event resources.
* Ensuring post-event follow-up by collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Must-have :
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in communications, marketing or management.
* You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
* You are proactive, autonomous and have a dynamic personality.
* You have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology, as well as the ability to write high-quality content, which you have demonstrated through an internship or initial professional experience.
* You have 0-2 years' experience and are flexible to work from our various sites and in the evenings for our events.
Nice-to-have :
* Good knowledge of Dutch.
