YOUR MISSION
1. Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards
2. Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service.
3. Assist the Store Manager with the recruitment, training, development and succession of employees.
4. Ensure that the visual appearance in the store complies with our PUMA standards.
YOUR TALENT
5. At least 2 years of leadership experience in retail, customer service, or the hospitality industry. Management experience is highly desirable.
6. A self-motivated attitude and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Strong listening skills and the ability to use feedback constructively.
8. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills.
9. Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs
