Mission: As the Leader Commercial Activation for Decathlon Marketplace United, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial activation of the Decathlon Marketplace sellers across 13 local countries. Your mission is to align, animate, and scale commercial activities at a united level, ensuring that our marketplace offer is competitive, engaging, and optimized for success. You will act as the primary point of contact between United and local commercial teams, sellers, and Key Account Managers (KAMs), streamlining communication, data collection, and processes for seamless execution. This position offers the opportunity to impact our marketplace business at a strategic and operational level by developing scalable systems for a dynamic, multi-country marketplace and animating a community of commercial experts. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Activation Leadership: Oversee the United commercial activation of Decathlon Marketplace sellers across all local EU countries, ensuring consistency in execution while adapting to local market needs. Drive alignment of key activities such as campaigns, deals, promotions, and sales targets between local country teams and marketplace sellers. Cross-Country Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze promotional data (product range, promotional prices, performance) from sellers and local teams across all countries. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions on commercial strategies and future campaigns. Seller Communication & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for marketplace teams across all countries, ensuring clear communication on commercial activities, expectations, and timelines. Develop and implement a scalable communication process to provide sellers with timely information on upcoming commercial opportunities. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Drive regular syncs and collaboration between local and united-level teams to maintain alignment on commercial objectives. Lead, animate, and coordinate the Key Account Managers (KAM) community to negotiate deals and activate commercial initiatives. Ensure the KAMs have the tools, data, and support they need to secure competitive deals from sellers in all countries. Build & Develop United Commercial Plans: Align marketplace seller strategies with Decathlon's broader commercial goals, ensuring win-win solutions for both parties. Create commercial activations to help Decathlon reach their commercial goals, such as Decathlon Deals Days. Collaborate with local country teams and sellers to identify relevant Retail Media opportunities and manage the implementation of digital campaigns. Process Development & Scalability: Collaborate with product (OnePartner) to create a technical solution that will allow our local commercial teams to set-up campaigns and create an easy participation flow for our Marketplace sellers. Develop and refine scalable processes for commercial data collection, seller communication, deal negotiation and collection, and campaign execution to ensure efficiency across all markets and maximize participation of sellers. Implement best practices for sharing knowledge, insights, and strategies across countries to foster a collaborative and data-driven commercial culture. Key Account Management Lead by example on the processes & tools you put in place to assure the adoption of our strategic partners Animate certain strategic partners for the United Marketplace community. Experience: 5+ years in a commercial leadership role, with a focus on e-commerce, marketplace management, or retail media. Experience with cross-country or multi-market responsibilities is highly desirable. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and animate cross-functional teams, particularly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Process Development: Demonstrated experience in developing scalable processes for communication, data collection, and commercial execution. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
