Job Description
As a Cybersecurity Consultant in Netcompany-Intrasoft, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile consultants teams working within large-scale transformation projects, that impact the life of millions of EU citizens.
As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will:
* Assist in preparing the planning of coordination, training and awareness activities;
* Assist in the preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings;
* Draft meeting notes, validated by participants, for follow-up of the client's services exercises;
* Examine and track changes in documents exchanged during meetings and other correspondences, reporting these changes to the concerned unit;
* Prepare forms to collect required information from client's services and check completion;
* Monitor correspondences until all required information is collected, while tracking deadlines and providing regular updates on collection progress;
* Compile and archive all collected information;
* Assist in identifying and tracking all personal data processing operations ensuring they are covered by an associated data protection record, privacy statement, risk analysis, DPIA, personal data notice, etc.;
* Assist controllers in drafting necessary documentation for new data processing operations (records and privacy statements);
* Provide guidance and support in handling requests of data subjects and dealing with personal data breaches;
* Support activities for data subject requests and personal data breaches;
* Conduct studies, including analyses, recommendations & evaluations and/or participate in the follow-up of new IT technologies;
* Assist in procurement procedures and contract management (SaaS, BSSPs, Cloud, etc.);
* Assist in identifying training and awareness needs as appropriate;
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Risk Register (RR);
* Assist in the follow-up of actions of the Annual Activity Report (AAR).
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
* Educational qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and Certification in Analysis and/or Project Management or Personal Data Protection Certification;
* 4+ years of experience in personal data protection related to information systems;
* In-depth knowledge of methodologies, processes, tools, and personal data protection regulations;
* Experience in ICT activities (development and operations);
* Language skills: Good knowledge of English at least B2 level.
It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:
* Excellent analytical skills and ability to see the overall picture and good writing and presentation skills;
* Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate with management at all levels;
* Tact, diplomacy, and good time-management and organizational skills;
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team, through a methodological approach;
* In-depth knowledge in information systems;
* Well-developed drafting, written communication, and feedback gathering skills;
* Customer-focused with the ability to cope with changing technologies and environments;
