The Account Executive Growth Belgium is responsible for managing and growing relationships with larger profile customers and prospects within Growth Markets. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase customer spend through new sales and cross-selling Colt's services. Additionally, the Account Executive will focus on re-establishing relationships with dormant customers who have not purchased from Colt in the past year, while engaging with customers at various levels using a consultative sales approach. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on a specific regional market are also key aspects of the role. Account Managers will hold responsibility for growing revenue in existing Colt accounts and winning new business and logos within a respective region while minimizing churn and detecting opportunities for cross sell/up sell. What You Will Do New sales/Cross sell into existing customer base and/or new logo prospects where appropriate to the module. Develop the customer contact strategy and appropriate Colt alignment to manage and develop the relationship with existing customers and/or prospects. Identifies and understands customers business outcomes Works with colleagues across Colt to develop solutions that address and support the customers stated outcomes Defines and executes a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity Work in partnership with customer success counterpart (field or desk-based) to develop overall customer relationship to protect and grow Colt revenues Achieve/overachieve personal sales bookings targets selling Colt solutions & products to a defined base of existing customers or new logo prospects. Can manage a virtual sales team to sell Colt products and solutions Define and execute a compelling win-strategy for each opportunity Accurate forecasting and pipeline management Apply and coach team members on Account development plans Able to leverage data insights and client understanding to prioritise sales activity across customer or prospect modules. Sales or account management experience Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Experience in working with complex, Fortune 500, multi-divisional, international customer Comfortable presenting, consulting, and advising at C-level and other executives Assertive verbal and written communications skills with ability to build strategic relationships (deep and wide) within organizations Ability to work closely with the customer and effectively negotiate directly with the customer and internally on their behalf Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into customer insights and leverage with customer engagement strategies Experience in collaborating and guiding cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Service Delivery) Brings strong technology and data networking knowledge with technical aptitude to stay current in evolving technology sector Effective and confident decision making based on business and financial principles Working knowledge of MS Office suite Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building internally and with customers.
