For our client in the Diegem region, we are looking for an ambitious managing consultant! Are you Bilingual (french and dutch) and an experienced HR professional with expertise in recruitment & selection, (executive) coaching, and/or assessments? What makes your work challenging?As a (managing) consultant, you will spend the majority of your time on assignments in recruitment & selection, for various clients in both the public and private sectors. You strive for a sustainable match between client and candidate. You do this by working carefully: from conducting stakeholder interviews, creating a profile, writing an engaging job advertisement to selecting candidates.
Depending on your preferences, you will have the opportunity to further delve into areas such as (executive) coaching or assessments. In this role, there is a challenge in building – and continuously improving – the service offering in recruitment & selection. You work on the development of these services, actively seek market opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Profiel
Your Profile:
As a (managing) consultant, you are accustomed to independently executing high-level projects. You possess strong communication skills and seek (multidisciplinary) collaboration with your colleagues when necessary. Naturally, you stay informed about (technological) developments in your field and apply this knowledge to your work. You are driven by content, but also seek new opportunities in the market. This makes you a role model and a sparring partner within your team.
As the ideal candidate, you possess:
Fluent, professional French and Dutch language skills are a must!
A master's degree at an academic level
Several years of experience as an HR professional in recruiting & selecting candidates, additional experience in coaching and/or assessments is a plus
A commercial, entrepreneurial mindset or several years of experience in a commercial environment
Experience in creating attractive proposals or bids for clients
