Short Intro and About the Job
Ensure the smooth operation and evolution of the Order to Cash process. You will focus on SAP and interfaces, supporting business and retail clients and managing the ticketing system. Participate in exciting projects and deliver top-notch IS services that exceed business expectations. Your scope covers all relevant areas in Danone Benelux, with work locations in Brussels and Rijswijk.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Support: Provide effective functional support for business and retail clients’ SAP inquiries, ensuring timely resolution based on internal SLAs and KPIs.
2. Ticket Management: Oversee and manage the ticketing system, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
3. Keep Things Running: Manage day-to-day support for IS applications in the Sales domain, ensuring they meet business needs.
4. Debugging: Identify and fix errors or bugs in the software’s source code.
5. Stay Sharp: Continuously develop knowledge of business processes and applications.
6. Spot Opportunities: Identify opportunities for application improvements.
7. Project Power: Participate in or lead projects as part of the Master Plan.
8. Collaborate: Work with internal and external partners, including DAN’IS teams and EDI partners
About You
9. Tech Savvy : Strong SAP knowledge, especially in SD/MM. EDI and interfaces are a plus.
10. Education : Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
11. Languages : Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus

13. Management Skills : Experience in sales operations and supply chain management. Customer-oriented with empathy.
