Job Description:
Scrum Master Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
1. Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile practices and principles to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products and services.
2. Identify areas of strength and improvement within the team and provide appropriate coaching and development techniques to enhance performance.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and support project or product teams.
4. Facilitate and support all scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
5. Act as a leader who coaches and supports Agile teams, both in Business as Usual (BAU) work and important department initiatives.
6. Deliver the product backlog, and create product specifications.
7. Work with Product Owner to align product release plan and marketing plan with S&M and regions.

■MUST
1. Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive technical background with expertise in software development methodologies, coding languages (Java, Python, Ruby, iOS (Swift, Objective-C), Android (Java, Kotlin), React Native, Xamarin, or Flutter), APIs, and other relevant technical aspects for digital products. Familiarity with cloud technologies at minimum (AWS, GCP) and serverless/web architecture is a plus.
2. Extensive experience in leading Agile teams in the development of digital products, including web applications, mobile apps, or software platforms.
3. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and their application in the digital product development lifecycle.
4. Proven track record of successfully delivering digital products on time and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.
5. Excellent knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to create intuitive and engaging digital products.
6. Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools specific to digital product development, such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, etc.
7. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the capacity to address challenges and remove impediments that may arise during the development process.
9. Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital product development, and actively seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
10. Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.

We will pay 1/12 of the annual salary as the monthly salary.
Annual salary of 10,600,000 Yen or more + incentives.
