We're seeking for an experienced Business Analyst specialist who is capable of translating business requirements, checking, evaluating, and testing new implementations, integrations, and releases. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and has the necessary experience to take applications to the next level in safety, security, and accuracy. As the Business Analyst specialist, you will create a complete QA program that not only safeguards software quality, but also promotes an engaged culture among employees.
Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining test documentation: test strategies, test plans and test cases;
Modelling, analysing, identifying uses cases, BP and requirements;
Overseeing software inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables;
Investigating reports of software quality issues and ensuring resolution in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements;
Documenting and reporting test results;
Providing technical communication or training to team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes;
Providing functional communication to users to understand their requirements;
Conducting workshops with business users;
Being up-to-date on software testing standards, processes, methodologies and tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
Proven experience of in middle‐to‐ large projects, formal principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle
Proven experience of at least 7 years in business analysis (analysis and documentation) using UML Modelling, BPM/BPMN
Strong technical background with Enterprise Architect System
Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Proficiency in English, written and oral, equivalent to B2 or higher is mandatory
Having a valid ISTQB at Advanced or Expert level is considered as an asset
