You support our team as
Finance Business Partner (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
* Monthly closing activities: Analyze sales and expenses, preparation of accruals, monthly commentary in group reporting system and presentation of P&L to (General) Management.
* Exchange information and give support to colleagues of Finance Shared Service Center.
* Key-person for the entire financial planning process. Organize meeting’s with other departments (Logistics, Production, HR, Sales, Maintenance,…)
* Product cost controlling, IC-price management, Working capital management
* Compliance, internal controls, risk management
* Moderate and support in the yearly financial audit
* Play a leading or supportive role in a variety of in-house and global projects
* Investment follow-up, NPV calculations,...
* Build strong relationships with other FBP’s from HQ Munich & Region Europe CE
Qualifications
* A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Management
* Good knowledge of Finance and accounting (BE GAAP/IFRS)
* Very good English / Average level of French or Dutch
* Firm IT-skills: confident with big data, building dashboards, use of reporting cubes, embrace our ERP system (SAP) and other software applications
* To be a fast learner, having a problem-solving oriented mentality and show professional integrity
* Easy to interact with other people and building strong relationships
* Having already a first experience in Audit or Controlling is a plus
