Manage HR Application Ecosystem
* Oversee a portfolio of HR applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
* Serve as the in-house expert for SAP SuccessFactors (required) and tools like Déhora Planpoint (preferred).
Lead Projects with Impact
* Spearhead HR tech initiatives such as system migrations, integrations, and new implementations.
* Configure and optimize APIs, building seamless connections across platforms.
* Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver high-impact results on time.
Collaborate Across Teams
